Genomic DNA Isolation Kit – Saliva

The Cambrian gDNA kit isolates high-quality genomic DNA from various sample types including saliva.

The kit is built on magnetic nanoparticles –  CamBeads Si – which reduces the processing time and provides better efficiency.

The extracted DNA can be directly used in downstream applications such as next-generation sequencing (NGS), qPCR, PCR, microarrays, genotyping across molecular diagnostics, oncology research, and academic experiments.

3-8 µg of DNA yield is expected from 500 µL of starting sample volume.
