Genomic DNA Isolation Kit

27500.00

Cambrian gDNA Kit offers a versatile and cost-effective method for isolating DNA from whole blood samples and Blood drawn and stored in EDTA vacutainers. The DNA purification process is simplified with CamBeads® magnetic bead-based technology.

Availability: 10000 in stock

The Cambrian gDNA kit isolates high-quality genomic DNA from a wide variety of sample types including:

  • Blood – Whole blood, Cord blood
  • Tissue – Fresh tissue, Amniotic Fluid, Pus, Sputum, and CVS.

The kit is built on magnetic nanoparticles –  CamBeads Si – which reduces the processing time and provides better efficiency.

The extracted DNA can be directly used in downstream applications such as next-generation sequencing (NGS), qPCR, PCR, microarrays, genotyping across molecular diagnostics, oncology research, and academic experiments.

We can help you build custom protocols based on your automation platforms and end applications.

This kit pricing mentioned is for [250 preps].

Yes. Cambrian can help modify protocols on the KF Flex and Genetix systems. In the case of the ZyBio you will need to contact the machine manufacturer to load a custom protocol. This is a one time activity.

Cambrian’s blood gDNA kit uses a Guanadine chaotrope based method for the extraction

Whole Blood Only. All other sample type validations are coming soon.

The extraction protocol calls for 50 uL to 200 uL of Whole Blood per test.
