Overview of the library preparation workflow

This is a general overview of the library prep workflows typically implemented using the reagents required for end repair, dA-tailing, adapter ligation and library amplification.

Size selection and Pcr clean are one of the most universally implemented workflow steps that are common across various applications of sequencing.

Quality aspects are measured using DLS and binding capacity is validated using in house spectrophotometers.

A 100 bp DNA ladder was used to demonstrate the left side selection performance of Camselect NGS

The results were analysed on an Agilent Tapestation and sample QC was performed on a Qubit system.
