CamSelect Strep

CamSelect Strep are superparamagnetic nanoparticles that are ~800nm in size, intended for use in capture of biotinylated nucleic acids, antibodies and other targets. A revolutionary product, this allows for ultra high binding efficiency and automation compatibility.

CamSelect Strep offers a mega binding capability of an average of 4100 pmol/mg with Native Streptavidin (CBWD027N), and 1550 pmol/mg for Recombinant Streptavidin (CBWD027R). With 3-4 binding sites available for binding of free biotin and biotinylated agents, this offers a highly efficient process workflow.

These are non-aggregating nanoparticles with a very low non-specific binding index. The specific surface allows for efficient target capture and excellent downstream compatibility. This means that with every batch produced and every trial run, you can expect 100% repeatable results.
